To train instructors who in turn hold basic and refresher trainings in First Aid and CPR.

Audience

**All persons in the community who are supposed to provide training in First Aid and CPR. **

Learning Goals

**After completing instructor training in First Aid, you should be able to: **

• plan and implement basic and refresher training in First Aid according to the syllabus
• create conditions for participants to reach the learning objectives
• assess that participants can perform first aid measures as well as CPR with good quality
• how new guidelines in CPR and First Aid are created and implemented.

**Prerequisites and preparation for participants in Instructor Training in First Aid: **

• instructor in adult CPR
• attended first aid and CPR basic training within 6 months prior to instructor training
• read the course book and instructor's book in First Aid
• completed web training at basic and instructor level with approved results, as well as watched the videos
• prepare your training tasks.
