Immediate initiation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in cardiac arrest is critical for survival. Training should be done regularly to maintain high quality. The CPR Council recommends training every six months, at least once annually.

Contents: CPR for Children with Cardiac Armators

Time spent: 2 hours

The training teaches you to:

  • identify a cardiac arrest
  • alert 112, and have knowledge of the supporting role of the alarm operator
  • perform CPR with good quality and be able to use a defibrillator safely and effectively
  • provide back stroke and abdominal pressure in case of airway arrest
  • with the knowledge as a basis be motivated to start CPR in case of cardiac arrest.

Our instructors are certified by the CPR Council and have experience in sharp situations. During the training, all participants receive their own half-body doll to practice practically with. After passing the training, the participant receives a certificate of competence.
